Mascot 2b1b looking for a roommate, female only (room available version!) Currently, there is a Mascot 2b1b apartment available for lease starting from September 23rd. The rent includes water and furniture. The apartment is located on the 10th floor with a good view. It is a 750-meter walk to Mascot train station and a 900-meter walk to Woolworths supermarket. Roommate requirements: Easy-going personality, clean and tidy. It would be even better if you enjoy cooking together. Please try to keep quiet after 11 pm and avoid hosting parties or bringing guests of the opposite sex home without prior notice. It would be ideal if you are also a UNSW student (I am a first-year postgraduate student in 2451 program). Note: Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom are available, specific preferences can be discussed.
