As someone with experience, although it's good to act early, I don't recommend being too impulsive. It's better to compare options. However, for large studios like this, they tend to be in high demand among students.

The location is also great. It's a 4-minute walk to Victoria Market, an 8-minute walk (650 meters) to RMIT, and a 15-minute walk to Melbourne University.
