Don't regret not seeing it! This is the most comfortable studio I have ever stayed in Melbourne.

My mom praised me as a rental genius after seeing it, haha! 😃 The room type is a studio, but it's larger than usual. Personally, I think it's really great, and it even has a balcony with nice natural light.👍🏻 It's just a ten-minute walk to the University of Manchester 🏫, making commuting on foot super convenient. It only takes 7 minutes to get to Victoria Market, so shopping for groceries is really convenient. Bills are included👏🏻. This apartment is a great deal in terms of cost and overall experience. It comes fully furnished, so you can move in with just your suitcase.
