Don't assume that the final prices of these floor plans are necessarily expensive, they are actually quite affordable. The ones I found are all priced around one hundred pounds! They come with study rooms, game areas, TV lounges, movie rooms, and a free gym. They have all the necessary amenities that a student apartment should have, nothing particularly special, so the prices are not high! 🦉Only a 5-minute walk to Newcastle University, which I think is a great advantage!
