Finding a place in Sydney can be quite challenging, right? It's unfortunate that the small duplex near UNSW doesn't seem to have any takers. 😭

The living room and bedroom both have floor-to-ceiling windows, and all kinds of furniture are provided. The apartment is also very new, basically ready for move-in. - The surrounding neighborhood has good greenery, is quiet and livable. There is a bus stop right outside the door, as well as many supermarkets and shopping malls, making daily life and commuting convenient. - It only takes 15 minutes to commute to UNSW, so going to school is really convenient!~
