Melbourne rental | 24-year rental has already begun, Zun Du Jia Du

Hey sisters, just wanted to express that I've recently moved to Melbourne and I haven't gotten used to my new place yet. I heard that the 24-year apartment is already open for reservations [disappointed emoji]. It means that I haven't gotten used to this room yet, and it has already been booked by someone else [crying emoji]. Leaving that aside, this apartment is really nice. It includes utilities like water, electricity, and internet, and the room even has a balcony. The room also has its own air conditioning [wow emoji]. There's an oven, induction cooker, microwave, and refrigerator, so it's fully equipped for cooking. (Although my cooking skills aren't great, eating out is so expensive [facepalm emoji]).
