Help! Does anyone have family members coming to Australia to study language courses in September and October? I've noticed that many apartments don't offer short-term rentals... Yesterday, I asked a friend who studied in Australia, and it seems that in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, most apartments require a 52-week lease.
