It is a safe area with several universities nearby. 📍Surroundings: Within a 7-8 minute walk, there are two large Chinese supermarkets, one called "Tiantian" and the other "Yoyo." Just 10 meters to the left after leaving the building, there is a Tesco Metro. Additionally, within a 10-minute walk, there are Iceland and Sainsbury's. The area offers convenient living with nearby markets that sell affordable fruits, vegetables, and seafood. The cost of living is low. 📍Within walking distance to Spitalfields Market, Brick Lane Market, and many delicious Chinese restaurants.
