It would be a pity if someone didn't know about this 1b, because it's a completely clean and bright room, haha, brand new. There's a dining table, sofa, double bed, and floor-to-ceiling windows in both the living room and bedroom, providing great natural light. The nearby greenery is also well-maintained. There's a supermarket downstairs and various restaurants and shopping malls nearby, so it's really convenient for daily life and transportation. It only takes 15 minutes to get to UNSW, making it incredibly convenient for studying. 😍
