Sydney apartments are currently priced at an average of $350 per person. Please let me go first, senior. 🙋
Sydney apartments are really affordable lately, which I didn't believe at first, but my senior told me about this apartment that focuses on affordability. I even said it's not worth it and was afraid they would make me sleep under a bridge.
🏠The apartment is a 2b2b type, but since it's currently being converted, my senior made a loss on it.
There's an open kitchen and a spacious living room where you can place your belongings. There is a kitchen, but usually no one cooks there; we mostly eat out or order takeout. 😄
✅The room itself is spacious and only has a bed, a trash bin, air conditioning, and a study desk. That's pretty much it.
🚶50 meters away from the bus stop, which provides direct access to UNSW, Sydney University, and within a 2km radius, there are gyms, cafes, burger shops, and supermarkets.
💎I hope to find a roommate who is clean and tidy.
