My housing requirements: I need air conditioning and inclusive bills. The location should not be too far from the school, and it would be great if there are floor-to-ceiling windows and some space for activities. The size should not be too small. This house really fits the bill! 👉It is a rare square-shaped layout with a large floor-to-ceiling window covering an entire wall, an ensuite bathroom, and a small kitchen with a breakfast bar. It's simply perfect! What's more, it only takes a 10-minute walk to reach the school.
