Why does a 3b in Sydney feel like it has fewer rooms than a giant panda? 🐼

Recently, many people are looking for a 3-bedroom apartment. After searching around, there are very few options available in the market. I really like this one in Waterloo. The floor plan is great, with excellent lighting and ventilation. It's also conveniently located near the University of Sydney and UNSW. It's absolutely amazing! 😂
