It's really tough to find housing this year if you got the offer from Manchester late for commuting. Now, when it comes to finding a place, should one go for social housing or student apartments? For student apartments, even though moving in is worry-free, the ones left now are either pricey or come with exorbitant subletting fees. It's really hard to find a decent option. As for social housing, it's either without roommates for shared rent or far from the school. Some popular options are hard to reach out to. I wonder which type to choose for a September move-in.
