What are the characteristics of the extremely wealthy international students you have encountered?‼️

Student apartments in London are now going for over 500+. On average, it's around 5k per week, which means over 20k per month, and a whopping 240k per year. It's really expensive, and I've seen some that are priced at six or seven hundred per week already fully booked. It seems like everyone has so much money. I'm so envious. The ones I've been looking at here are around 350, and it feels like that's already the upper limit.
