Is there anyone in need of subletting a house in Sydney that has not been lived in yet?

The house is brand new and has never been lived in before. The surrounding environment of the apartment is very nice, quiet, and livable. The furniture is all brand new from IKEA, and there is an elevator and a balcony. The view outside the windows is really beautiful. The location of the apartment is also great, making it super convenient to go anywhere. It's a 19-minute walk to USYD, 20 minutes to UTS/Bus, and 27 minutes to UNSW. There is a dry cleaning shop just across the street, a 3-minute walk to a fruit and vegetable store, and there are Japanese and French restaurants, Dominos, and Woolworths nearby. Redfern Station is also close by. The lease term is flexible, first come, first served~
