The apartment provides an oven, dishwasher, laundry room, and on the top floor, there is a gym and study space. From the room, you can enjoy the beautiful views of Melbourne, which never gets boring.😍 RMIT is right next door, and it's only a 10-minute walk to Monash University. It's also just a 5-minute walk to Victoria Market and the State Library. Overall, it's truly top-notch.
