I can't understand why the Melbourne rental at $350 per week isn't attracting anyone's interest. 🥺

I can't comprehend it, I really can't. It's only 300 meters to the University of Melbourne. RMIT is indeed a bit further, around 1km. The room, well, it is a bit small, but it should be sufficient. But the price is less than $400 per week, sisters!! I mean... studios are now running at six hundred, and ensuite rooms are four to five hundred, but this one is less than $400! $350 per week!! And commuting is also effortless!! Some sisters are worried about the safety of the apartment, but it is a student apartment, inclusive of bills and has a gym. Drawback: shared room, and you have the choice of a female or male room. But it's cheap, oh dear. 😭
