School is starting soon and everyone is showing off their study abroad setups. What do you think of my 380 AUD/month rental house in Melbourne? It's located between City and North district, with two big parks in front and back. Each room is independent, no need to share, and there is air conditioning and a three-door wardrobe in the room. Bathroom and kitchen are shared on each floor. The apartment building also has a delivery locker, basketball court, cinema, gym, and rooftop garden. Not bad! It's 700 meters from Monash University and there is a tram station downstairs, 10 minutes to City.
