Melbourne studio is too expensive, so I choose the ensuite with air conditioning.

I wanted to live in a studio near the city center and school, but they were all too expensive. So I finally decided to live in a 4b4b with a private bathroom, and luckily there was air conditioning! Not only that, the shared kitchen and living room were super spacious, and there was even a dishwasher! This was a lifesaver for someone like me who is lazy. The apartment also has free fitness facilities, a cinema, and all utilities are included. I love it! The location is 480 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 Australia, and it's only a 9-minute walk to the University of Melbourne and only 300 meters to RMIT, which is the main reason why I chose this apartment!
