It takes 14 minutes to walk to USYD, which is close to the school, saving a lot of precious time and energy. Most of the bills are covered, which is great for the year. The previous tenant moved out on the same day and the room tour was real. The two bedrooms have good lighting, which is great. The surrounding life is convenient and I love it: within 5 minutes of walking, you can reach the Chinese supermarket, restaurants, gyms and libraries! It's close to USYD and UTS, a gathering place for students, which is too reassuring.
