After pulling an all-nighter in my dorm room, I uncovered the truth about Melbourne student apartments.
The student apartments in Melbourne are dazzling, and after staying up all night, I have compiled a new strategy👇
✅Franklin
Commuting: 800 meters from the University of Melbourne, 120 meters from RMIT
Recommendation: Standard Studio
This is their cost-effective model, and the other studios have an extra window, but the price is 60pw more expensive, and the room layout and facilities are not much different. Personally, if you consider the budget, you don't need to spend the extra 60pw. Sisters who don't consider the budget can choose the double window. The room is on the 12th floor and above, with a good view.
Discount 💰: 100 AUD laundry card and pick-up service
✅Carlton
Commuting: 550 meters from the University of Melbourne, 280 meters from RMIT
Recommendation: Standard Studio, Medium Studio, 4bed
Standard and the apartment above are the same, the price is the same, but the location is closer. I recommend this, it's really worth it.
Medium rooms have a bar counter, which can be used as a desk or dining table. The rooms with bar counters are quite rare.
4bed is the cheapest of these apartments, and penny pinchers can enter.
Discount 💰: 100 AUD laundry card
✅Aurora
Commuting: 1km from the University of Melbourne, 300 meters from RMIT
Recommendation: Popular Aurora Building, not recommended, if you have the ability to enter
Studio has floor-to-ceiling windows, 1bed has washing machine/dryer

There is also a swimming pool
I call it a social apartment + student apartment, because it is the same as a student apartment, with property management, security services, water and electricity bills
Discount 💰: Couples check-in without additional charge
Above are apartments with relatively OK inventory. The rest of the apartments, such as Yaju, Iglu, Dwell, Campus, etc., have some models. Is there anyone who wants a list🙋? If so, I will write another note.
