It's close to the city, 10 minutes walking to Melbourne University or RMIT. It's a large studio, 26 square meters, with a TV, refrigerator, microwave and air conditioner. There's also a double size bed and plenty of storage space. The facilities are great - gym, study room, public laundry and dryer. The reception is open 24 hours and the staff are very helpful.
