Today I saw a new building in Melbourne CBD and it was quite nice. I love the view from the window 💕 It is located near Flagstaff Garden and it is on a back street so it is quite quiet. If you like a peaceful environment, you can consider it. Quiet ✔️ Convenient living ☓ It is close to the city and there is a tram station downstairs which is a free zone, so living there is definitely not a problem! 🚋 It has air conditioning ➕ heating and there is a gym, vacuum, pool table, ping pong table and BBQ, which can be used with prior booking. As for the room types, there are studios and 2-4 bedrooms. I recommend the studio room that I saw, as I really liked the view from the window 😘.
