This apartment studio is really great😭 It's a new building this year and it's much cheaper than other studios of the same level. The room has air conditioning and all bills are included. There's also breakfast, free coffee, which not only saves money but also time, a blessing for those who have difficulty waking up early. There are public facilities such as gym, cinema, study room, etc. It's only a 4-minute walk to RMIT and a 17-minute walk to the University of Melbourne.
