I guess it's a popular area for international students to live in, being close to the city center with light rail and train stations nearby, making it convenient to get to wherever you need to go. The space is quite big and it's fully furnished with all the necessary appliances, so it's ready to move in. It's 600 meters away from UTS, making it a really great apartment.
