I had low requirements and a limited budget, so I found a small single room. Although it's small, it has all the necessary facilities, including an air conditioner, a small refrigerator, a wardrobe, and a small desk, and the bills are included. The apartment also has complete facilities: a gym, a public kitchen, a library, and a study room. The location is also great: it takes 10 minutes to walk to Monash University and 15 minutes to take a bus to RMIT. I'm so excited about it!
