Wow! I didn't know about this apartment in Melbourne at first, but it was my friend who told me haha. It's actually a pretty normal studio, but the layout and orientation are great! Who wouldn't be moved by the big windows? 😍💓 And I really like the aesthetics and new furniture of the apartment. Since it's a new building, it's fully equipped with a game room and a gym. 📅The lease is very flexible and can accept short-term leases (3 months). 🎓Melbourne University and RMIT are within walking distance 🥳.
