This two-bedroom apartment located in Waterloo has a balcony and large floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing plenty of natural light. The bus stop is right at the doorstep, making it very convenient to get to East Village. The apartment is fully furnished and comes with a parking spot. It is also not far from UNSW and USYD. To be honest, it is quite hard to find a student apartment in Sydney nowadays. There are still plenty of 1b, 2b, and 3b apartments in social housing though.
