Help! Melbourne's bargain studio is a real heart-stealer.

I don't know what to do, the studio has floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides, I'm so happy I could fly! The lighting is great and when the weather is nice, there's sunshine coming in every day. No need to worry about the heat in summer either, since the apartment has air conditioning. The best part is that it's close to the university, right at the entrance, so I don't have to worry about being late for classes at the University of Melbourne and RMIT.
