How can I let others know that my Melbourne apartment has a 1B+ balcony?

Many student apartments are too small, but if they were bigger, with bills included, fully equipped, furnished and secure, it would be really comfortable to live in! 🤩 I found a great Student Village apartment with a 57 square meter layout, which is really awesome! They advertise it as a studio apartment, but it's actually more like a separate bedroom, bathroom, small living room, small kitchen and study area, and even a small balcony! The only downside is that the kitchen is open plan, but it would be perfect if it were separate. The apartment is fully equipped with kitchenware and basic furniture, including a refrigerator, wardrobe, table and chairs, and a sofa. Although this apartment isn't very well known, it's not too expensive and it's really comfortable. 🤩
