Do people really live in £10,000 per week houses for studying in the UK?

Please note that I am talking about a weekly rent of £4,000 for a three-bedroom apartment. This roughly converts to over ¥30,000. And please note that this is the weekly rent, not monthly. My agent really dares to recommend this to me. With a curious mindset, I have also gained some understanding: they claim it has excellent service and facilities. Do they think I look foolish? Who can afford such an expensive place for studying abroad? 🤧
