How much is the sublet for the student apartment in Melbourne now? I'll just deduct $80pw from the original price. I wonder if there are any students interested in living in a studio? I recommend RMIT and the University of Melbourne students. There are two buildings, one is 600 meters from RMIT, and the other is 700 meters from the University of Melbourne.
