Don't worry, I've checked out the Scape student apartment in Sydney for everyone. 😓
This time, I accompanied my best friend to check out a few places she selected.
Firstly, the rooms didn't look as good as they did in the pictures, haha.

We went to see this one first.
High-rise with floor-to-ceiling windows, it's definitely a killer for girls~
We looked at the medium studio, which is probably the smallest studio, but it was decent when we saw it. It's enough for one person to live in.
There's a microwave, oven, and dishwasher, especially the dishwasher. After seeing it, my lazy best friend kept talking about how good it is and even thought about washing dishes herself after moving in.
We just took a quick glance at the common area facilities, like the yoga room and gym, but she's a bit socially anxious and probably won't go to crowded places like that, so we didn't look closely.
However, because she's from the Sydney College of the Arts, it's a bit far to walk, about 20 minutes.

While measuring the distance from Redfern to the school, we went to see the second place, which had a vintage feel to it.
We didn't see the studio that day, but we checked out the ensuite in a 6-person room. The living room and kitchen were bigger than I imagined, but the room itself felt a bit cramped. There's a floor-to-ceiling window opposite the bed, and the common area also has a KTV and barbecue area.
But personally, I don't think those are the main things. The main thing is how your own bedroom is, as you won't be sleeping in the common areas.
I couldn't really like the ensuite, only the floor-to-ceiling window was somewhat appealing.
It's quite close to the school, about a 10-minute walk.
The staff told us that the studio might increase in price, so we directly ruled it out. It was already over 700, and we didn't even get to see the studio, so it was a bit frustrating.

After having lunch, we went to see this one, about an 8-minute walk away.
The apartment staff showed us the twin room and 1-bedroom. The twin room was average, but if you don't have a friend to share with, it's not that great because there's only one cabinet separating the beds. If you end up with someone with very different living habits...
But that 1-bedroom really caught our attention. It's 30 square meters, and for my friend who studies art, she has a lot of stuff, so it's really spacious. However, the price would be 730.
And there are only 4 floors in total, not many rooms.
By the way, the staff at this apartment were very enthusiastic, even more so than the previous two. They gave us detailed introductions and even specifically asked if the front desk accepts package deliveries, and the answer was yes. Hehe, it's very friendly for sisters who receive a lot of packages~
We summed it up. The first place, although small and a bit far, had an acceptable price. The third place is close and has good facilities, but it's a bit expensive. We were undecided all the way...
These are my impressions from viewing the apartments. Sisters who are also considering scape can take it as a reference, especially those from the University of Sydney.
