Mom, is this the Melbourne studio you stayed up late to secure?

I really went to great lengths to secure a room for my student. This doesn't seem like a studio, it feels more like a 1-bedroom. The kitchen and bedroom are separate. Compared to other student apartments, the size is already considered spacious. - There is a tram station right at the doorstep, and it's only a 650-meter walk to the free tram zone. It's just across the road from the University of York. Utilities are included, and they even send you an email when you have a package delivery.
