Oh, it's a new building from Iglu Apartments! I've been looking at their other studio apartments before, but they were a bit expensive. Although the facilities are great, with bills included and even breakfast and coffee provided, it's still a bit over my budget. But then I saw that they have this new building available for booking! I immediately grabbed the opportunity, feeling like I've hit the jackpot, hahaha. And the best part is, this apartment is also very close to my university. It's just a short walk of around ten minutes to get to the University of Melbourne. I'm really excited about it! 🥳
