This apartment is really amazing! 🙋🏻‍♀️ No need to squeeze in CT, check this out! ❗️ Even the standard studio has a decent space. 💓 This space is worth every penny! 🤣 · The location is great! 🎉 15 minutes to Monash University Caulfield campus. 20 minutes to the city. There's a Claremont supermarket right across the apartment, and a Woolworths just 200 meters away. · The public facilities are also excellent. 🔥 There's a gym, study room, laundry room, communal kitchen, ping pong table, pool table, and a fitness center.
