Did I rent a 1b for 300pw at Adelphi? Is it expensive?

I previously studied my undergraduate degree at the University of Queensland and rented a 1-bedroom apartment for around $600 per week, which included furniture and appliances. However, it was quite far from the university. This year, I am transferring to the University of Adelaide for my postgraduate studies. A few days ago, I rented a 1-bedroom apartment for $300 per week, which is only a 5-minute bike ride away from the university. I think it's quite good, but I'm not very familiar with Adelaide. Do you think I am paying too much for this rent? What is the average price for a 1-bedroom apartment in Adelaide?
