This apartment and room have been cleverly designed to maximize shared living experience. 🏠 Whether it's eating, sleeping, or studying, it's all enjoyable.👌 🏢Apartment features: complimentary coffee and breakfast, air conditioning and heating.🍳☕ 🛏️The apartment interior includes a double bed with storage space underneath, private ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and heating, wall-mounted HD smart TV, study desk, chair, desk lamp, pinboard and bookshelf, built-in wardrobe and full-length mirror, and a fully equipped kitchen with table, chairs, microwave, stove, and refrigerator.🛋️ 🚗Convenient transportation: 30 minutes by car to reach the University of Sydney, 23 minutes to reach the University of Technology Sydney, 28 minutes to reach the University of New South Wales, 19 minutes to reach Sydney's Chinatown, and 20 minutes to reach Sydney CBD.🚍 🏠Speaking from my own experience, staying in the apartment has been very pleasant. Everything in the room is well arranged, and everything I need is already prepared. I get along well with my roommates, and the coffee and breakfast provided by the apartment are delicious. The overall environment of the apartment is also very comfortable and quiet, allowing me to study peacefully.
