Finally rented a studio near Monash University in Melbourne. 😭

Why are studios in Melbourne rented out so quickly? I hesitated for just a day or two after finding one I liked, and it was already gone. 😭 Luckily, I finally found another satisfactory one. 😄 The facilities are really great, with air conditioning and bills included. The kitchen has a refrigerator, oven, stove, and other appliances.👍 ❗️The key point is that it's close to the school, so it's very convenient to walk there. It's only a 7-minute walk to the University of Melbourne! Even closer to RMIT, just a 4-minute walk.❗️
