Today I finally saw something similar at Rosebery, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 balcony. 🙊 It's also available for short-term rental, which is really rare. 😭 There are convenience stores, restaurants, and cafes downstairs, and there's a park nearby. It's quite close to the University of New South Wales, and the distance to Sydney University and UTS is also manageable, although you'll need to take a bus. 🙈
