No way, really? 😱 It's already May and there are still apartments available in London for 300+?

I've heard that London rents have increased significantly this year. 😭 These days, student apartments in Zone 1 are mostly around £500, and in Zone 2, they're around £400! 😱I can't believe I found a high cost-effective apartment, a studio for just over £300. 🏃The location of the apartment is also great, close to Tower Bridge, within walking distance to LCC, Kaplan 🚌, and a 20-minute direct commute to KCL and a 35-minute direct commute to UCL by public transportation. 🏢The apartment is situated in a residential area with plenty of supermarkets and good security. It's quiet and comfortable to live in. 📅Available for rent from September, but rooms are being taken quickly, so there might not be many left soon.
