Subletting a second bedroom near UNSW/Taylor. 😭

I have some personal matters that will delay my arrival in Sydney for a while. I can't bear having an empty room for such a long time. Please, is there anyone kind enough to take over my lease? 😭 It's a 2b2b apartment at 2 Galara Street, Rosebery. The two bathrooms are separate and won't interfere with each other. It's available until the 26th of this month and bills are included.
