It's back-to-school season again, and students have already started looking for housing. Being clever, I took advantage of the fact that students aren't in a rush yet and quickly started my search. 😏 Today, I went to see a 2b2b apartment, and here's my overall impression:
Advantages:
1⃣️ The apartment is spacious and bright. A 2b2b with around 100 square meters is already quite good. It's enough for two people, and having the two rooms not right next to each other gives me a better sense of privacy.
2⃣️ It's a high-rise apartment with a great view. You can tell from the pictures of the balcony. And the best part is that the balcony is large. Just the thought of lying on a small chair there, enjoying a cup of tea, feels wonderful.
3⃣️ The surrounding area is convenient for daily life. I walked around a bit and found that it takes less than ten minutes to reach Adetown Chinatown. There's also a furniture city, Victoria Square, and various supermarkets. I personally enjoy a lively atmosphere, so I feel that the location is quite good. [Thumbs up]
Critiques:
1⃣️ It's not a well-known upscale apartment, and the interior design is not very modern or stylish. However, it's still relatively new and clean. Whether it's a trendy building or not doesn't really matter.
2⃣️ For those who are a bit lazy, they might not like the fact that it takes a fifteen-minute walk to get to the school.
3⃣️ The furniture is not very attractive and doesn't match the overall style of the apartment. [Eating popcorn]
Overall, it's still pretty good. However, for students, it's more suitable to live in student apartments. Dealing with social housing can be a bit troublesome, including paying bills and dealing with landlords. I hope everyone can find a house they like~ [Laughing] [Laughing]
