关于押金和定金
1. 定金：相当于一个月的房租（学生在按时入住后，可以将定金用作首月的房租）； 2. 押金：相当于两周的房租（需支付给RBO作为担保，若学生在申请时没有澳洲本地账户，可先将款项交给公寓，入住后再转给RBO）；
关于取消预订政策（后续完善）
Castle2025-S1的取消预订政策： 取消政策： ①在合同上指定的起租日期前4周，只有当学生签证未成功办理时，学生尽快与公寓联系，公寓经过审批后会根据情况决定是否全额退款； ②在合同标注的起租日期前2周，如果学生的签证仍未下发，公寓会通过邮件联系学生并强制解除租约，所有款项不予退还。（但若在起租日期前2周进行了转租，并成功转租，定金将退还且不收取任何转租费用） ③合同签署后，租户有义务按照租约支付全部房租，除非签证问题外，租户转租需支付一周的租金作为转租费用。
