If you choose to cancel your accommodation after paying the initial fee and receiving your admission notice, you will be entitled to a refund according to the following provisions; If you are unable to arrive on the selected date due to flight cancellation, we may change your lease start date. Reasons for cancellation: - Providing false or misleading information during the application or booking process - Failure to pay the deposit or rent in advance - Failure to sign the Residential Lease Agreement as required - Changing your mind will result in fines. This may include confiscation of part or all of your pre-paid rent and/or bond payment, and negotiation will be conducted based on the specific circumstances.
