目前仅对学生开放，公寓不以学生签证为唯一标准，其他签证的持有者亦可入住。入住的学生需提供在学证明、学校录取通知书、学生证或 COE 等，确认其是在布里斯班实际就读。证明文件需与在 Student One 预定的时长相匹配或更长，确保在入住期间保持学生身份。

学生在预订时可以提出室友要求，我们会尽力满足，但不一定能满足所有请求，需视房间空余情况等因素而定。未成年学生只能安排同性别室友，且楼层选择有限。
