There’s a gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, and a Keurig Coffee Maker. The kitchen also has cooking items including pots and pans, baking tray and cooking utensils. There are knives, a cutting board, strainer and mixing bowls. There are 4 sets of plates, glasses, mugs, bowls, and flatware. The home has a vacuum, broom, Swiffer and ironing board. Each floor has a shared coin-operated washer and dryer. There is one on-site parking space available for purchase on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you are booking a flat that allows pets, there is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $450. We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. Rock Creek Parkway is a few blocks away, which means a fast and scenic drive to the monuments, US Capitol and Northern Virginia (DCA Airport, National Landing) and fantastic access to the trails and nature of Rock Creek Park itself. Connecticut Avenue is a prestigious corridor through the wealthiest neighborhoods of DC linking downtown to Bethesda Maryland. Parking is on the street in the neighborhood around the building. We can help you apply for a parking permit. Our home is contactless, seamless, and easy self check-in. You’ll receive your check-in information 48 hours prior to your arrival. Then, 8 hours before your arrival, a unique check-in code will be sent to you. You will be provided keys to your mailbox. Should you not return the keys upon your check-out, you will be assessed a $100 fee. Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will terminate your stay, claim any and all damages and post the appropriate review. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. All buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building. Cooking grease, food, coffee grinds, feminine products, baby wipes, wet wipes, cleaning pads, dental floss, Q-tips, cotton balls, diapers, pills, paper towels, tissues and coffee grounds should never be poured down any drain or flushed down the toilet. If found that these cause plumbing issues, guests can and will be charged. There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus we reserve the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.
