There's a closet and additional storage space in the chest of drawers. The updated bathroom features a rainfall shower head, deep sink, handheld shower handle, and preferred Lather products. We allow pets in this home for a one time, non-refundable $450 pet fee per pet. We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and high chair. Our home is contactless with seamless and easy self check-in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages and post the appropriate review. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. All buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building. What not to flush down the toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal: cooking grease, food, coffee grinds, feminine products, baby wipes, wet wipes, cleaning pads, dental floss, Q-tips, cotton balls, diapers, pills, and paper towels. If found that these cause plumbing issues we can and will charge the guest. There may be times where the home needs unexpected or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus we reserve the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24-hour written notice.
