Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, and post the appropriate review. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All trusted partner homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering, or parties a trusted partner representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all trusted partner buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus trusted partner reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24-hour written notice.
