For a weekly fee of $20, you can coordinate the use of the charger with the family that occupies the other unit of the home. One cat or one small dog (less than 25 pounds) are allowed in this unit. This English basement is below a family with a dog, so there may be some noise during the day. There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance.
